USED GEAR is NOT RETURNABLE and SOLD AS IS! CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE ALL FINAL SALE.
RETURN POLICY: We will accept returns on a case-by-case basis, our policy is simple: Do Good & Be Fair! If you have a return we ask that you bring it back with tags within 30 days with either a paper, email, or in-store via account receipt and we will honor a full refund or exchange. If you have a product you've used and are unhappy with it please bring it in and we will review the issue with you and the vendor and come up with a fair outcome for all! We believe in good old-fashioned customer service and we promise to do what is right. Most if not all of our brands have product warranties that will cover any defect that might occur. If you are simply unhappy we will work with you to exchange it for another product or store credit.
ONLINE SALES: All online sales may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. This applies to kayaks, paddlesboards, paddles, tents, sleeping bags, or backpacks. Our policy is returns are the customer’s responsibility, including covering the shipping costs, unless there is an issue with the product itself (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
